Operations Agent- Flying Cloud

Thunderbird Aviation Operations Agents are responsible for daily opening and closing operations, dispatching aircraft, and billing customers for flight instruction, aircraft rental and merchandise sales. Secondarily, Operations Agents are responsible for directing our line services team to ensure aircraft are staged properly on ramp surfaces, fueled and cleaned. As frontline team members, the Operations Agent is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with customers.

Eligibility Requirements:
Operations Agents are a critical part of the Thunderbird team. Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Operations Agents must be able to lift the equivalent of 50 lbs. and be able to work irregular hours.
