Customer Service Representative and Dispatch

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for daily opening and closing operations, dispatching aircraft, and billing customers for flight instruction, aircraft rental and merchandise sales. Secondarily, CSRs are responsible for directing our line services team to ensure aircraft are staged properly on ramp surfaces, fueled and cleaned. As frontline team members, the CSR is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with customers. This is a part-time position.

Eligibility Requirements: Customer Service Representatives are a critical part of the Thunderbird team. Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Candidates must be able to work irregular hours.
